Following government instructions on the issue of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Leverhulme Park Community Leisure Centre remains closed until further notice.

What about my membership payments?

All members of Leverhulme Leisure Centre are now able to attend gym sessions, swimming sessions and classes at both The Jason Kenny Centre and Farnworth Leisure Centre instead. Information on how this has affected current members and their membership payments has been emailed to them or a letter has been sent in the post.

What about sessions that I’ve already booked and paid for?

If you’ve booked a session with us, when we reopen, we will ensure you get the activity that you have paid for, and we’ll be flexible as we can around rearranging those sessions for you.

What changes will be in place when you do reopen?

As we continue our plans to reopen, safety and wellbeing are our top priority. We will be introducing a number of measures to ensure appropriate hygiene and social distancing measures are in place.

We’ll have enhanced cleaning regimes that follow fitness industry and Public Health England guidelines.

To maintain social distancing, we have redesigned our facilities and will reduce capacity in classes, as well as controlling movement around our building.

We’ll have an online booking system in place so we can control the number of people in the centre at any one time.

We look forward to welcoming you back soon!
