Press, squat, lift and pull to build all those core muscle groups. We’ve got the kit and the space you need for a great workout integrated within the main gym area.



Free fitness programmes

Going it alone without guidance can be tough. So, why not use our expert instructors. It’s what they’re here for and it’s all free as part of a membership.




This machine will astound you. Measure and track things like body fat, muscle mass and your metabolic age (the one that matters) – find out how healthy you really are, then track your progress a few weeks later.

Pay As You Play

If you just want to see us on a casual basis, that's fine. We're happy to welcome anyone who wants to 'Pay As You Play.'

Just register for bookings, then come see us whenever you fancy!



Whether your goal is to lose weight, look good or feel great our team of fully qualified fitness instructors are on hand to help you get the most from your workout sessions. Begin your fitness journey with an induction. A member of the gym team will ensure you are aware of how to get the most from your workout – safely.

If you have been to a gym before and are familiar with how to use the equipment and are comfortable setting your own training programme, a member of the fitness team will simply check that you know how to use the equipment safely and assess if a more in-depth induction is required.

Gym Etiquette

We understand that going to the gym or to a workout class for the first time can sometimes seem a little daunting, so here we have detailed everything you need to know to help you on that all important first visit.

  • All users of the gym are required to complete an induction and a PAR-Q medical questionnaire.  
  • All personal belongings are to be stored in the lockers provided.
  • Appropriate clothing and footwear for the activity must be worn.
  • Before commencing your workout, please remember to sign in.
  • If you are unsure how to use a piece of equipment, ask an instructor for help.
  • Bring a towel with you on each visit and wipe down equipment after use.
  • At peak times, use may be limited to 15 minutes per piece of equipment. This is at the
    discretion of an instructor, but please be considerate to other users.
  • Remember to bring water with you and drink regularly before, during and after your
    workout to avoid dehydration.
