- The “New Member Offer: £5 off an activity” is available for new customers who have taken out any of our Health and Fitness memberships from Wednesday 1st June 2022
- “New Member Offer: £5 off an activity” may be withdrawn or amended at any time and without notice based on promoters’ discretion
- The “New Member Offer: £5 off an activity” is redeemable for products or services at the centre. It can be used to pay for any products, services, activities, memberships, birthday parties that are paid for at the till of the centre. This does include food and beverage, swim aids, goggles, merchandise.
- Offer will be added to the customers virtual wallet, no physical voucher will be provided. Customer will need to say at the point of purchase when they want to use this offer. The team member at the site will apply relevant discount when completing the transaction
- The “New Member Offer: £5 off an activity” cannot be used online or for Direct Debit products
- Customer will need to present proof of membership when redeeming “New Member Offer: £5 off an activity”
- The “New Member Offer: £5 off an activity” will be available to the customer to use for 3 months following the membership start date at the centre
- “New Member Offer: £5 off an activity” is non-refundable
- No change will be given for purchases using the discount
- If the item the customer is buying is more expensive than £5, they will need to pay the difference
- No cash alternatives available
- “New Member Offer: £5 off an activity” offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
