It is clear, from the science, that fitness facilities have an outstanding safety record. We've taken the following measures to ensure the safety of everyone in our centre:
To further ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and visitors we politely ask you to comply with the following instructions to make your visit comfortable and as normal as possible for everyone.
Planning a visit
Pre-booking sessions for gyms and pools where applicable within the Trust are no longer required. However, where fitness classes are offered, we recommend you pre-book your place to guarantee entry. Bookings can be made via the FREE More Fitness App or on our Timetables
All visitors must register at reception upon arrival at the centre. Alternatively, please download the MoreFitness App and use the access barcode to enter the centre (subject to availability at centre).
Face coverings are not mandatory, but are recommended in all non-activity areas such as reception, corridors and changing rooms. Face coverings are not required while you are working out. Our teams (those who can) will still be wearing face masks and keeping their distance too.
Social distancing is encouraged where possible. To help you while on site, workout areas and equipment have been redesigned to allow extra space, and screens are in place where possible.
If required first aid will be administered by a trained member of the team wearing appropriate PPE.
