1.Get Going Session 1: ‘Getting You Going’ - Your First Steps This initial session is all about making you feel welcome and comfortable as you start your journey with us, where we'll cover everything from the layout of the centre to important safety information and how to use our app. We'll also chat about your goals and introduce you to options like our Fitter Faster program to get you started on the right foot, and we'll schedule a follow-up to see how you're doing.

Aqua Challenge - Inflatable Obstacle Course • The inflatable is for children aged between 6 - 15 years old. • Children aged 6 and 7 must be accompanied by a competent adult in the pool at all times in a ratio of 1 adult to 1 child. • All children must complete and pass the swim test prior to being allowed onto the inflatable. • The cut off point is 15 minutes after the session has started. Please be at the centre 15 minutes before the allotted start time. Late bookers may be refused entry to the session.

Adults Only Sessions suitable for adults 16 years + wishing to swim for fitness or leisure. Lanes will be available to suit different speeds and abilities.

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Wednesday from 12pm until 1pm.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
