NEW Bootcamp Class

Thursdays 18:30 – 19:15

This fun class varies session to session. You’ll use battle ropes, tyres, kettle bells, ladders and much more. Suitable for all fitness levels aged 16+.

Class Descriptions


Aqua Fit
A low impact effective aerobic workout using water as a support to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. Suitable for all levels.

Body Conditioning
Total body workout with weights including an aerobic warm up.

Body Tone
A class designed to tone and firm all muscle groups.

Belrobics

The roots of Belrobics are in Belly Dance which is one of the world’s oldest dances. It was especially created for women, by women, the movements within this dance working with the female form, toning every muscle. The Belrobics dances are designed to work different areas of the body and the cardio element keeps the heart rate lifted.


Boxercise
Combination of glove and pad work with circuit based exercises. High cardio workout with beginner and advance options.
 

Circuit Training
Multi station group exercise class designed to work on all the basic elements of fitness. For all abilities.
 
Core Stability
A blend of flexibility and core stability training designed to improve strength and suppleness. This class will include enhanced stretching positions, relaxation and balance techniques.

 

Garba Blaze
The ultimate Garba workout. The Garba Blaze experience is exciting and uplifting. The routines are collaborated with well-known Garba songs from Bollywood films. Our Dandiya (Garba Sticks) routines will leave you on a high and blazing!
 
Junior Circuits
An easy to follow effective workout consisting of a series of short bursts of a variety of cardiovascular/calorie burning movements and muscle toning/strengthening exercises.
 
Legs, Bums & Tums
The class involves doing choreographed exercise based on the thigh and stomach area. It will tone and shape your body.
 

Pilates
This class is based around core strength and awareness to improve posture and flexibility throughout the entire body. This class can be used to alleviate back problems and is excellent for post-natal mums.

Pound
Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective and fun way of working out.
 
 

Supple Strength
Focussing on improving body awareness and everyday life by increasing flexibility and range of motion, Supple Strength classes help to relieve stress and tension, by relaxing the mind and body. Ideal for all levels of fitness.

Yogalates
Fusing Yoga and Pilates together, giving you a perfect combination of flexibility, strength and increasing your core strength.

Yoga
Integrating the postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation to harmonise you on every level. For all abilities.

Zumba Tone
Dynamic mix of salsa, rumba and merengue set to the inspirational rhythm of Latino music, combined with the use of toning sticks. It is impossible not to shimmy and shake the pounds away.

X-Fitness
Will work on your fitness, muscular endurance, weight loss, amongst other benefits! It will involve functional movements, Olympic lifts, cardio and strength work.

Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
