Age does not have to be a barrier if you want to learn how to swim!
If you have a fear of the water, can't get your face wet or panic just thinking about the deep end then it's easy to think swimming is not for you. However, if you learn to swim you can have fun in the water with your friends and family. You can also make a splash in the water while on holiday.
It's never too late to learn and here is your chance to have tuition with a qualified teacher specially trained in teaching adult non swimmers.
We also cater for 'intermediate' level swimmers who are looking to improve their technique, skills and stamina. All lessons are offered for small groups (maximum number per group 8) of swimmers, but our instructors will adapt the lessons to suit the individual needs within the groups.
