H2O groups swimming lessons under the following headings:

| Lane swimming Who is this session for? - Everyone is welcome
- Those that wish to use training equipment
- Children under the age of 8 are permitted as long as accompanied by an adult, in the ratio 2:1 and 1:1 under the age of 4 years of age.
- Certain Lane Swimming sessions may be specifically for use by Adults Only.
Family Swim A general swim session exclusively for the use of Families Who is this session for? - Children of all ages accompanied by a parent/guardian in the ratio 2:1 if under 8 years or 1:1 under the age of 4. (‘Children' for the purpose of this session are defined as anyone under the age of 16 years).
- Parents/guardians may be able to accompany more than one child under 4, dependent upon the Swimming Pool.
- No individual adults will be permitted to these sessions unless accompanied by child(ren). All those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
General Swim Swim session suitable for all, as lengths and widths are able to be swum. 1 lane may be available at certain times during these sessions (where applicable). Who is this session for? - Ideal for Families.
- Children under the age of 8 are welcomed into these sessions as long as accompanied by an adult in the ratio 2:1, or 1:1 under the age of 4.
We also cater for pool birthday parties with a choice of a basic party with floats or an inflatable party with our very own aqua inflatable. Tables and chairs are provided for food after. It's GREAT fun and EXCELLENT value.
Safety Guidlines
All children under the age of eight must be accompanied; - By a responsible person (16 years of age or over)
- The responsible person must accompany the child "in the water"
- The responsible person must maintain a constant watch over the children they are responsible for and remain in close contact with weak and no swimmers at all times.
Standard Adult to Child Ratios
Children under the age of four years must be accompanied by a responsible person on a one to one basis. Children aged between four years must be accompanied by a responsible person on a maximum of one to two basis.
Weak and non-swimmers All weak and non-swimmers must remain within the designated safe areas of the pool. This applies to all ages, adults and children. The safe areas of the pools are clearly defined by signage for your safety, please follow the warning signs. (A weak Swimmer is defined as someone who is unable to swim two lengths of the pool - 50 metres, and cannot tread water for one minute.)
