The programme is split into 5 clear categories to enable you to choose the right session to get the most out of your time in the water. | | These calm and relaxing sessions offered throughout the week, cater for those looking to improve their overall health and are also a great way to relieve stress and tension. | | Available for Swimmers of all abilities wanting to improve or maintain Health and fitness levels, train for a sport or you may be looking for an alternative to the Gym. These sessions provide the opportunity to swim in lanes and the use of specialist training equipment. | | A great range of sessions designed for young people. Aimed at 8 - 16yr olds these action packed fun sessions include inflatables, floats and music. Check out our timetable for what's on offer at each session. | | Want to Swim but also have fun chatting and socialising with friends? Our Social sessions offer informal recreational swimming (no lanes) and have something to offer everyone of any age. | | Exciting, enjoyable sessions for young and old alike. Floats and toys are offered to create a stimulating environment and a family friendly atmosphere, providing a great family day out for all. |
