Aqua Natal Classes at Sharples

Congratulations to all the Soon to-be Mummy’s out there!

Bolton Community Leisure Trust in partnership with NHS Maternity Services would like to invite you to attend our Aqua Natal classes to support you in staying fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy.
Please ring the centre direct to ensure you are booked on as places are bookable and limited.

Free trampolining session as part of Join In

Sharples Community Leisure Centre will be holding a trampolining coaching session for juniors (age 5 - 14) to come and take part.

1:00pm - 2:00pm

Exciting changes are on the way at Sharples Community Leisure Centre.

A refurbishment project for the Wet Changing Rooms is due to take place during the School Summer holidays 2012.

·         The Male and Female Wet Changing Rooms will swap current locations

·         Walls and ceilings will be re-finished and decorated

·         Flooring and showers will be refurbished throughout

·         New cubicles, toilets and fittings with additional female changing cubicles and family changing rooms will be built in

·         Doubling the space for the fitness equipment

The refurbishment is scheduled to be completed in readiness for the new School term in September.

SHARPLES CLC OPEN DAY 1st OCTOBER 2011

Open day this Saturday at Sharples Community Leisure Centre. There will be lots of free activities to try and even WIN a FREE birthday party worth up to £100.00!

The team at Sharples Community Leisure Centre would like to welcome you to try an array of activities on offer from 10:00-16:00. Activities include:

Strikerz Football: 10:00-11:00

Boxing Sessions: 10:00-15:00

Badminton: 10:00-12:00

Wrestling: 10:00-12:00

Shaolin Kung Fu: 10:00-13:00

Pool Inflatable Sessions: 13:00-15:00

Gym Fitness Sessions: 10:00-15:00

Netball: 10:00-14:00
