Thisis a great opportunity to work in coaching whilst learning new skills.A pathway led apprenticeship enables you to become a leisureprofessional. We will support you in to achieving an NVQ level 2 andyou will be required to complete the National Pool LifeguardQualification.
The duty manager isresponsible for the day to day management of the leisure centre, thesupervision of staff and health and safety. We are looking for a realpeople person with excellent customer care skills, problem solving andtime management skills. The applicant must be able to work on theirown initiative and as part of a team.
Thelifeguard is responsible for supervising the swimming pools, cleaningand the setting up and dismantling of equipment. Applicants must holda current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and possess goodcommunication skills.
Swimminginstructors are responsible for teaching the H2O Swim Life swimminglesson scheme to children and adults of all ages and abilities. Applicants must hold a Level 2 Full Teachers qualification and currentNational Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
Receptionistsare responsible for taking payments and bookings and providinginformation to customers both in the centre and over the telephone. Applicants must have excellent customer care skills, a good telephonemanner and pleasant personality.
