Workout Classes

Sharples Community Leisure Centreoffers 3 workout classes each week. Workout classes are a great way to achieve your health and fitness goals – complement your existing workout programme with a technique class or choose from a selection of classes to help you lose weight, tone up or simply feel great.

Class Descriptions


Aerobics
A cardiovascular and toning workout session suitable for all levels. Includes a combination of moves for you to perform at your own pace though alternative high or low impact moves. A great way to burn calories and increase fitness levels.

Aqua Aerobics
Offered in the swimming pool, this low impact class is an ideal way to improve fitness and muscle tone in a fun and invigorating way. This class is ideal for all fitness levels.
