Cancellation policies
We require 48 hours notice of cancellation for ALL bookings.
Customers giving less than 48 hours notice or those who fail to attend pre-booked activities will be charged for the activity in question.
Please note that for block bookings, excluded dates must be notified at the commencement of the block booking. Cancellations during the block booking period, for whatever reason will not be accepted.
Cancellations can be made by contacting the centre on 01204 334141 or in person at the centre.
Customers with payments outstanding will be placed on default until full payment is received. Further bookings will NOT be permitted until the outstanding payment has been cleared.
