Abs & ToneA class designed to tone and firm all muscle groups, improving core strength (abs/back) using core balls (provided).
AerobicsA cardiovascular and toning workout session suitable for all levels. Includes a combination of moves for you to perform at your own pace though alternative high or low impact moves. A great way to burn calories and increase fitness levels.
Aqua AerobicsA refreshing alternative to traditional aerobics, with minimal impact. This class offers both cardiovascular and muscular gains by using the natural resistance of the water.
Body AttackHigh intensity interval training class combining aerobics, strength, endurance and core stability. You will boost your strength, endurance and core stability as well as burning loads of calories.
