Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice of cancellation for all bookings.
Customers giving less than 48 hours notice or those who fail to attend pre-booked activities will be charged for the activity in question.

In accordance with clause 6.3 of our Terms and Conditions, Isospa members who fail to attend pre-booked classes will also be charged the full casual fee for the activity in question, unless notification of cancellation is recieved prior to the commencement of the class.

Cancellations can be made by contacting reception on 01204 334477 or by visiting the centre in person. Customers with payments outstanding will be placed on default until full payment is received. Further bookings will NOT be permitted until the outstanding payment has been cleared.
