Farnworth Leisure centre are launching a new beginners/improvers jogging group aimed at people who would like to start running or get back into running.
We have two members of staff from the site trained as run leaders and they will be leading the group on weekly runs aiming at improving their fitness and working through their personal running goals with them.
The group is starting on Wednesday 9th January 2013 at 5.30pm and will meet in Farnworth reception.
Sessions will vary each week and include additional activities to improve fitness to progress people to their goals!
The session will be free to members, £2 for non-members.
