Is the centre suitable for access by disabled users?

Yes – the access to facility is level. Internally, there is a lift, providing access to the first floor. Guide dogs are welcome within the leisure facility

Is there car parking available?

Yes, a car park is available which is free of charge to all customers of Castle Hill Youth Centre

Do I have to be a member to use the leisure facilities?

No, you do not need to be a member to use Castle Hill Youth Centre. Activities are available on a ‘pay as you go’ basis .
To book for activities, such as workout classes and racquet sports you simply need to become a Booking Member. This can be achieved by contacting reception via the telephone or during your visit to the leisure facility.

I have never been to a gym before.

Are the gym instructors qualified?

Yes, all gym instructors are qualified to a minimum of Focus Level 1 Fitness Instructor.

What clothing does my child need to wear for the holiday activity club?

It is recommended that your child wears clothing that is relevant to the activity they will be taking part in. For example tracksuit, trainers and t-shirt for multi-sports.

Do children need to bring anything with them to the holiday club?

Packed lunch, pocket money, any medicine or inhalers.
